While a maintenance company oversaw the interior, our task was to enhance the property’s exterior appeal, which involved pricing and carrying out tasks such as lawn mowing, border tidying, and hedge trimming; all aimed at presenting a well-maintained and visually appealing property for its sale at auction.
The project
The project posed a significant challenge due to the extensive grounds, so we took a systematic approach beginning with the front gardens. We meticulously cut the grass, shaped the hedges, and then cleared all debris.
The larger rear garden areas received the same detailed attention.
By the time we had finished, the transformation was evident, as highlighted in the accompanying images, with the property and its gardens being visibly rejuvenated in preparation for the auction.
The outcome
The result of our efforts was a property that looked inviting and well-kept, ideal for attracting potential buyers at the auction. The feedback from our client underscored the success of our work:
